I have knees that are bone on bone. Through a combination of treatments with Drs Downing and Burkhart, I have been able to stay out of surgery for several years. They are surgeons but compassionate and conservative whenever possible. I am a health care worker. I see three physicians here and I am impressed. In-person visits.
From the receptionist at the front desk, the Dr Assistant, the attentions toward me and the professionalism was impressive. Dr. Downing was very professional and compassionate. My procedure was one very painful and thanks to the technique of Dr Downing everything went perfect and painless. In my opinion Dr Downing is a good human being who is an outstanding doctor.
Professional, kind, prompt staff. I didn’t have to wait long and my examination was informative and Dr Downing made a comment that told me I would heal. Gave me hope because I was worried.

I was a walk in with a calf injury. I was seen quickly, x-rays, taken, and was diagnosed with a fibula fracture. On followup after using the splint as instructed, the fracture is healing. Much better service than an emergency room and much less expensive! Staff is friendly and professional and especially Dr Downing
