Everything was on time and professional
It's very rare that I have to wait in the public or private waiting rooms, so when my waiting time was extended, everyone was very apologetic, which means a lot to me. That being said, I had no complaints, as the waiting areas are very clean and the furniture is very comfortable!

Dr. Harkess is a very caring and compassionate physician. For months I had difficulty walking, standing and sitting for any length of time and had to use a walker to get around at home and outside. The pain was at a 10 - 24/7. He recommended surgery and took the time to listen and answer all of my concerns and questions regarding the surgery. Dr. Harkess listened to my needs and skillfully replaced my right knee. I no longer have osteoarthritis pain and a knee that lets me play golf, Pickleball, and do cardio workouts.

I would highly recommend Dr. Harkess and his staff. I had a total knee replacement Nov. 22, 2021. Everything went very smoothly, thanks to the efficient and caring staff, and Dr. Harkess’s incredible surgical ability. It’s been three months, and I’m playing golf and pickleball with no knee pain. I also walk several miles per day and often ride my bike. I also recommend the physical therapy staff! They did an excellent job of getting my knee and leg in shape.
