Dr. Kumar performed the reverse total shoulder replacement to correct five fractures and dislocated shoulder after an accident. Dr. Kumar gave me a total shoulder replacement and I am totally out of pain or discomfort 6 months later. After 2 months it was so much better than before surgery. I did my part by following everything they told me to do. Dr. Kumar is an excellent and caring Dr. and the staff at Coastal were all so wonderful. They called regularly to check on my progress and help me in any way they could. I highly recommend Dr. Kumar.

If you need shoulder surgery, I do not think you could find a better Dr! After having reverse replacement I did not take any pain meds after leaving the hospital, only 3 days after the surgery!! Such a kind soft spoken man! I would highly recommend Dr. Kumar!

Dr. Kumar did an excellent repair of a large rotator cuff tear. I knew what to expect before, during and after surgery. Follow up care was excellent and timely. After my injury I wasn't sure I would be able to continue in my passion, equestrian competition. Thanks to Dr. Kumar's expertise I am happy to be riding again without pain!
