This was my final visit regarding my hip replacement and revision due to a broken femur. The doctor Bonenberger was very pleased with the way my hip has healed, and my femur has healed and that is over with. We also discussed a knee replacement, which I needed very badly. I told him that I would love to have him do it if he did not only operate at Dr. Phillips that is just too far from my for my family and friends to visit me. He approved of my alternate choice, doctor HUDANICH.

Easy to connect with Dr. Bonenberger. Made me feel comfortable and provided complete understanding of my diagnosis and what needs to come next.
Dr. Bonenberger was personable. He ordered X-rays and gave me a cursory knee exam to determine that there was no meniscus or ligamentous tears. The X-rays showed osteoarthritis which he felt was exacerbated by my knee buckling on descending 2 stairs. He briefly gave me options of Physical Therapy, a cortisone shot or home program. I chose the home program as I will be leaving town for the fall. He sent me to the athletic trainers who handed me an exercise sheet. Excellent Doctor very informative and professional and knowledgeable goes right to the point where the problem is and addresses the issue with the correct diagnosis I am very satisfied with this doctor and highly recommend him
Dr. Bonenberger is very caring, listens, and genuinely works to resolve any issues you have.
Other doctors were not willing to work with me. Dr Bonenburger said straight out let’s do it. He did both knees, the second 4 months after the first. Both surgeries were perfect. I haven’t felt this good in years!! Do yourself a favor, use the best. His entire team is top notch!
