Polite efficient staff. Minimal wait time...every time. Dr. Downey is pleasant...he listens, he gives a thorough examination, he diagnoses and then prepares a plan for healing. I have been to him for hip problems and shoulder problems and he has delivered stellar results each and every time. I highly recommend.
Dr Downing is very compassionate and knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain and explore your treatment options, at the same time he is straight forward and avoid unnecessary options that are a waste of money. The walk in clinic reminds you of the neighborhood medical facility where the Dr is available. Broke my foot Sunday evening, went to urgent care for xray then took an appointment online for Monday for the orthopedic doctor need.
He was very kind and knowledgeable. I was seen promptly and given medication. Highly recommend Dr Downing and this clinic.
