Dr. Austell was fantastic! I have had issues for years and he was able to understand and set up a plan for treatment that worked so well for me. Great bedside manner, very caring and understanding, incredibly knowledgeable, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Office staff is knowledgeable and responsive. You have a choice of office locations which is very convinient. Dr. Austell takes the time to listen and explain condition and treatments available. Let me prefix this; this relates to injuries received due to car accident, rear-ended as I was waiting on a red light. My lower back epidural and prescription topicals has been very effective. I have been able to lower my pain for a solid 8 to functional 3. Trust me, it is a huge improvement. Next; neck and mid back.

DR.Austell pain management procedures changed me from a broken down 73 year old bent over cane and walker user to walking like a younger person, hiking and leading a normal life. He is competent, through in his explanations of procedures, risks and alternatives. Extremely personable and excellent doctor manners. I have been blessed to find him after 2 years of struggling.
Dr. Austell is great - he truly takes the time to listen and customize your care. His epidural injections are fast and effective - allowing you the choice to do them with no calming meds or choosing the use of them (which I did). There was no pain during or after the injection. He has helped me in my sciatica journey!
