The staff at Orlando orthopedic outpatient facility were all wonderful. They made me feel at ease and we’re very communicative about what was going on and what was going to happen..Dr. Austell also made it a point to tell me what was happening during the procedure and what I should expect. I was a little nervous going in for this procedure but the staff made me feel totally at ease.
I love Dr. Austell and his team at Orlando Orthopedic Surgery Center. They take time to explain procedure from pre to post surgery, and a nurse will call the day after surgery to check up on me. I’ve been going to Dr. Austell for several years, and he’s the best pain management doctor I’ve ever had. He always gets the right “spot”!
The attention to detail by the Doctor-his nurses and staff. I knew exactly what was going to happen during the procedure and it made me calm down and everything turned out excellently

Nice, newer location, that is well maintained. Dr. Austell and his staff are all professional, pleasant and helpful. I’ve been to four other facilities (different companies) in the Orlando area for imaging or similar procedures, but this place is the one I’ll be sticking with.
Everything was awesome. From Check in to prep. Everyone made me feel welcome and safe. Very little waiting. The procedure was absolutely painless and stress free.
