Dr Austell doesn't just great bedside manner - he has great EVERYTHING! He is extremely knowledgeable. He genuinely cares about his patients. He goes out of his way to make sure that he is making you comfortable at all times. He listens carefully to what you were saying and encourages you to ask questions. He explains everything carefully to you. He doesn't rush anybody. Short wait time in the waiting room. Staff is very helpful and kind. Dr Austell is very nice and understands when you are in pain and wants to give you the best treatment possible.
